Irpinia Food & Beverage was born from a passion for the Irpinian land, for authentic cuisine and for the art of Italian hospitality. The project takes shape with the goal of creating a reality that combines culinary tradition and a contemporary vision of restaurants, placing quality, the territory and the experience of the people who choose to sit at our tables at the center.

We are a group of professionals who decided to invest in the restaurant and hospitality industry with a clear objective: creating places where food becomes an opportunity to meet, enjoy and discover.

Irpinia represents for us a fundamental cultural and gastronomic root. It is a land rich in extraordinary products, deep culinary traditions and stories that also deserve to be told through food.

Our work starts right here: from the desire to enhance quality ingredients and build a dining experience that respects tradition while interpreting it in a contemporary way.

We believe that hospitality is made of many elements that must work together: the kitchen, the service, the environment, the welcome, and the ability to make every guest feel like part of something.

Over time, this project has grown into two distinct but complementary realities, united by the same spirit of hospitality and the same attention to quality.

LaFarmacia

It was born as a contemporary bistro, a place designed for conviviality and for the joy of being together. In Irpinia, we carefully curate ingredients such as truffle, and all dishes are reimagined in a contemporary style. The idea is to create an informal but refined environment, where the quality of the cuisine meets a welcoming atmosphere.

The menu features dishes that highlight carefully selected ingredients and modern interpretations of culinary tradition, keeping taste and simplicity at the core.

Over time, LaFarmacia has become a reference point for those looking for a place to meet, share moments and experience authentic hospitality.

Club Nautico della Vela

Set in the unique scenario of Borgo Marinari in Naples, at the foot of Castel dell’Ovo and overlooking the Gulf.

This is a venue that captures the charm of the sea and the history of the city: a place able to turn a dinner or an event into a truly special moment.

Here, cuisine meets breathtaking views and an atmosphere that makes every occasion even more memorable. Every day the restaurant welcomes guests who want to experience quality in one of Naples’ most scenic locations.

Founding partners

Behind this project there are three founding partners who share a common vision and a strong passion for the restaurant world.

  • Antonio IannacconeHe brings the group a long experience in managing venues and in the restaurant business. He follows the gastronomic offering and the relationships with suppliers with particular care, contributing to the selection of raw materials and to the enhancement of local products.
  • Salvio VivenzioChef and founding partner, he represents the operational heart of the kitchen. He coordinates the work of the brigade and supervises preparations with the goal of maintaining a high standard in the quality of the dishes and the service offered to guests.
  • Felice GuerrieroFounding partner, he mainly oversees the strategic vision and the development of the project. His role is to guide the growth of the group and to strengthen the Irpinia Food & Beverage brand, always keeping a strong link with the territory and with the values that gave rise to the initiative.

Our values

At the heart of everything are a few principles that guide our work every day.

We strongly believe in the value of the territory and in the richness of its productions. We carefully select ingredients and raw materials because we believe that the quality of a dish comes first and foremost from the quality of what it is made of.

At the same time, we believe in the importance of welcome. A restaurant is not only a place to eat, but a space where you can feel at ease, meet people, celebrate or simply enjoy a moment of pleasure.

That is why our commitment is to offer an experience made not only of great cooking, but also of attention, care and professionalism.

Finally, we believe in the value of sharing. Hospitality is first of all a way to be together, to create moments that remain in memory.
